EXPERIENCE - INTEGRITY - LEADERSHIP
We moved to Blue Ash in 2017, after having lived in Montgomery for 29 years. Over these years I have been an active volunteer, including numerous leadership positions. From 2007-2015 I was elected to and served on the Sycamore Community Schools Board of Education, including two years as President and one as Vice President. I understand the role of elected officials, and the important ways we can help direct the future of the communities we serve. Our job is to work with administration, to set the strategic direction, to annually evaluate our progress towards implementation, and most importantly to serve as the communication link between our citizens and administration.
My husband, Steve, and I recently celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary. We raised our five sons here, and all of them graduated from Sycamore High School. Our oldest two sons are married and they have blessed us with five grandchildren ranging from kindergarten to 7th grade. Another son is getting married this fall, and our youngest son is planning a 2022 wedding. We are fortunate that all our children and their families live in the Cincinnati area.
I graduated Cum Laude from The Ohio State University, with a degree in business. My early work experience was in commercial banking as well as corporate affairs for a multi-state retail operation.
In 2006, Steve started a commercial real estate company focusing on industrial and retail development and management. After a few months I joined the company to handle administration, and assist with leasing and management. Today, we own and manage a 52,000 s.f. flex building located in Arlington Heights.
